A relative of ours arrived at Ercan last Sunday believing she had mislaid her purse at a perfume shop at stansted airport . Contents were debit & credit cards plus a substantial amount of cash (sterling).

Cards were cancelled immediately & contact with stansted airport was to no avail as nothing was handed in.

Having wrote off the cash she still had a very good weeks holiday but on checking in this morning there was a surprise waiting for her as the station manager of Pegasus (Resat)had her purse with contents intact and stated that he had not been sleeping properly for the last week due to worry.

The purse was found & handed in by one of the pegasus cleaners.

Brings back your faith in the human race, and one of the reasons for moving here was that we thought the people were honest amongst other things. Well done Pegasus!

In a senior moment I left my laptop on the Pegasus plane when I got off at Istanbul

They got the laptop to the ground staff .I was waiting for a Taxi and my name was called .They had identified me from my first name at password stage .Great service and honesty.Great customer service

Yes I did write to thank the airport and Pegusus staff
