.........or any towel for that matter that you would like to donate to the SOS Project Children's Day out at the seaside??

The SOS Project Fund raising Committee have organised a day out at the beach for the Project children, some of whom have never seen the sea. We would like to give them a day to remember but we need towel donations! We will let the children take the towels home with them.

Any spare towels can be brought along to our Coffee Morning at the Black Olive Cafe on 22nd June, when we will also be asking people to sponsor a bucket and spade for 5tl for the children to play with. Alternatively the towels can be left with Mary at our SOS stall at Lambousa on Saturdays.

Please help us to make this a wonderful day out for the kids by donating a towel and also coming along to our coffee morning.

Thank you.

Hiya Simbas,

We are taking the children to the beach on 1st July, thankyou. If you do have spare towels, we will always be glad of them, I'm sure the families can make good use of them.

Chris, black olive cafe is in Alsancak, from Girne, turn left at the Alsancak lady, then follow the signs for sunny lane school. Black Olive will be directly in front of you as you approach the school.

Hope to see you on 22nd June, we need all the help we can get, xx

I have plenty of spare towels beach/bath/hand I know the hand towels will be of no use on the beach but I will gladly bring these along and will donate enough for at least 4 buckets and spades, I will either drop them off at the Cafe or Lambousa

Will it be possible to bring them along earlier than the 22nd as I have my Sister coming next week and will be tied up with enteraining her.

Hope they have a wonderful time, bless their hearts

Sheila xx

If you can't get there to help with the SOS kids or gifts - why not arrange to gift a fiver (GBP) preferably?

I am sure that FF could arrange with a couple of cafes or bars to take envelopes with contributions.

Lili & Libby

I know you both - can you assist FlowerFairy in this as starters? That way one East and One west of Girne maybe also Teresa at your shop too?

Tom

Sorry FF not trying to take over just a little lateral thinking.

Tom, thanks for helping, no love, you're not interfering, I don't spend a lot of time on the boards unless it helps the children, so every bit of help is greatfully accepted.

Mint1955, when you get here, please call me on 0533 839 9122, i'll arrange for you to drop off your donation, or I'll meet you, bless you, we are trying sooo hard to give these children a day to remember.

BUT please don't think it ends here, we would ideally like to make their little livesa better quality forever, ok, yes it's probably just a dream, but I love fairies, so humour me please .
