someone please tell me the time and distance from the above

from lapta to girne is i think 8 miles seems forever with speed limits all the way to town

is crystal beach a popular place to buy

(Crystal bay Beach Resort we still have 1 unit available here for only £64,950)

its a 2 bed i think , details yet to follow , a friend wants to purchase a holiday home ,My villa is in lapta

so i need some imput, distance would mean car purchase or rental and if its a distance to eat ie town then

isolation would be hell for some

Hi, do you mean the Crystal Bay developments at Bacheli?

My villa is situated behind the Evergreen apartments Crystal Bay, at the telecom mast past Bacheli. 20 miles single journey from Girne centre, fast road with nothing like the Lapta traffic to content with, traveling into the Wednesday market is a pleasure.

PS It's an isolated community area, house lights on out of season show about 5 residents per 50 houses! Not the place to buy / live if you need nightlife or other people around you. Great if you like your own company or are a musician lol.

Esentepe village supermarket is ok but supplemented with the Girne market once a week, likewise for pharmaceutical items.

Several good bars within a few miles, Steves Bar (excellent steaks and service), Kings Bar, the new Merlins bar on Sea Terra site, Popin Curry House..

Ditto for restaurants, Esentepe Hotel and others. Yes you will definitely need a car. A 4X4 is better
