Can anyone tell me why it is that when I look at the websites for NC Estate Agents looking for a Long Term Rental I see plenty available some Immediately and I desperately need to organise coming across to NC to arrange somewhere to stay come May this year and I have written several times to these Agents but none get back to me,am I being impatient as I know things take longer over there and it was only last week I wrote or do they just not like dealing with people who only want to rent .The fact is I only want to rent for 12 months until I get to know the areas better and take my time deciding where eventually I would like to buy,so by not helping me to find rental accommodation they are only putting me of using them when the time comes that I would want to buy somewhere.Does anyone know of any reason why I am not hearing anything or is it that there is just not any property available for Long Term Rent

Hi

Communication in NC is better done with telephones rather than email. As broadband is not great there, most people cannot be bothered to use it fully.

Internet usage seems to be mainly for displaying properties rather than 2 way communication. I would telephone the estate agents that way I believe you will be able find what you are looking for.

Thanks Elenia all new sites welcome as I have just been comming up with the same pages no matter what searches I do,although I have made a phone call since speaking to Biker and they say they will get some rental details put together for me so fingers crossed.

We are looking to rent for approx 6 months + from the end of May, a 3 Bedroomed furnished Villa with pool, east of Kyrenia ie: Catalkoy, Ozankoy areas. There are just 2 of us + 1 cat and occasional visitors.Thanks in anticipation!

Hi, I have a fab villa you can rent as of the first of May - Three bedroom, three bathrooms, sitting room with a dining area at one end, kitchen with a bar for those G&Ts, swimming pool, large garden full of fruit trees, mains water, mains electricity, only two years old, great position; Ozankoy, off the main road in the country but close to the village and very easy to get into Kyrenia. I've just got back yesterday so the garden is look great. I have pictures and can tell you more if you are interested. I also have a large flat in Kyrenia. I look forward to hearing from you. We have a 3 bed (sleep5) in Karaoglanoglu off the GAU road with A/C and large comm pool and tennis court.

Fully furnished and roof terrace and garden with BBQ.



Quiet site , nice people and only five mins walk down to the beach or in to the village.



Looking for a long term let, 6 months or more for £400 STG plus bills, this includes pool maintenance etc.
