Looking urgently for our client for: 3 bedroom villa (possibly with pool but not necessary), furnished or unfurnished for long term ( 1 year) rental. Area: Girne-Çatalköy. Anybody interested please send you phone number and ı will contact you directly.

Could you advise about the price and all other details (furnished, pool, air-con, ect). Friends of ours rent their villa through Sunbeams. http://www.sunbeamsestate.com. Look at their web site or call into their office.

Thank you Roisin, have been in contact and found a suitable villa near Olive Tree Hotel but according to H&B only to be rent out to foreigners not Cypriots and my clients are Cypriot. But thank you for helping out anyway. Have a nice weekend!
