I want to buy a resale 3 bed villa the the deeds are already in the owners possession. The villa must be private, preferrably with a pool, around 200 sq Metres closed build and with mature gardens of up to 2 donums. Will consider around 1 donum.

hi Judy . We have a 3 bedroom 3bathroom villa for sale in Çicek Mahallesi, karaoglaloglu. İt has no pool but has room for one.We have not built a pool because the sea is so near. İt has excellent sea and mountain veiws.And i know everyone says this, but it really has been built to a high standard,if you have a look you will see all the care that has gone in it.Asking price is 120 000 pounds all things that are extras at other houses have been put in, like wood effect windows , fitted bathroom sink cabinets etc, plenty of storage space.Tiles etc are not the standard cheap ones but really nice quality ones. If its not a rude question what is your budget please? We have exactly what you are looking for. Actually we have a choice of two villas side by side on their own plot. both villas are very private, lovely pools, gardens to die for, we have the deeds and all the taxes are paid. We have had long term rental folks in there so i can confirm all the problems have been ironed out. The properties are in Ozankoy not 200 yards from Rafters restaurant. Genuine reason for sale, we have three and dont need three!! One is sold fully furnished, both have central heating and aricons. If any other parties are genuinly interested this would be ideal for a large family wanting to share two villas, or two villas for those who want to be near to each other, we can do a good deal for the two?? We have exactly what you want - although only 1 donum but much more than you are asking. for example:

- salt water pool with cover - full a/c - shutters - mature private garden with fruit trees and extensive planting - integrated generator - well with watering system - all white goods - fitted wardrobes - curtains and light fittings - recently professionally decorated inside and out - small development with mountain views and a very short walk to the beach - no further building possible in this area - deeds in our name with all costs and taxes paid - conduits for cabling for internet and TV - wood burning stove - gazeebo and pergola - numbered post box and so it goes on .... In Ozankoy, Unwins have really nice 3 bed villas for sale - there are 4 of them around a large shared pool. 2 are sold ( I have one ).

our friend Mr taylor has a 3 bedroom villa with pool and aircon in catalkoy with established gardens and he is leaving it furnished with tv sat dish and all electrics. glass dining table.garden furniture etc

bosh white goods actually silver finish!! very nice curtains etc quality double glazing

We've one on the Sale forum here. Selling before we got P to B - but have ground deeds, house deeds still being split. Look at villa in Incesu to find it. Garden sufferingslightly cos of weather!!
