Bulk memebership of beach clubs

I have just been looking at some apartments for rent and found this on one at Lapta Pines:

The apartment also comes with the use of the owners membership of a local beach club and its facilities. These include pool, restaurant, tv lounge, gym, quad bikes, paint-balling, watersports and boat trips. The membership provides free entrance for four people and a 20% discount against all purchases.

Can anyone tell me if this is possible as we are buying an apartment and I would be very interested in putting this to the other owners. If so does anyone know the cost?

The membership was £400 for lifetime membership, it was a deal made between one of the selling agents and the customers. Sounds great doesn't it but all the holiday rentals complain that it is dire and would not use it again. One described it as " war torn Beruit". I will not name the club but you can email me offline. Personally, I would not buy into anything lifetime here, standards deteriorate, many businesses close. Sorry to be negative.

We actually had a holiday rental on Lapta Pines before our apartment was finished.

Use of this beach club (if it's the same one...has it got Sun in the name?) was included so we went down to have a look.

Didn't even stay for a drink....very untidy,disorganised and ramshackle.

So unless they've spent a few hundred thousand on a full refurb I wouldn't bother.
