Currently only 30 applicants per day, get there early (I went at 5.30am and was 14th in the queue). This may have been because it was Easter week(I did mine on 25th), but always try and check first, otherwise its a wasted visit.

Yes I can confirm it has been extended to 30th April. There is a stamped notice in the Land Registry Office in Girne.

Great, came out a week earlier than planned in order to make sure İ paid the stamp duty by the last day, that being today which İ duly dıd. Took an hour.

Now they extend the deadlİne which had they announced it last week would have saved me a lot of money.
