I have just found out that if you play the uk lottery from here and win you would not be paid! Hows that for taking money under false pretenses? This applies to playing on line they can check where you are signing in from.

What you have posted is not true.

You can play abroad and if you win you will be paid, it all depends on the Lottery rules of the country that you sign in from. Otherwise the Eurolottery would be a waste of time.

I have won and I have been paid (all £6.10 of it).

It's all about where you play from and whether you are UK resident ( Lotto) , or EU resident ( Euromillions)

So you can play the lotteries if you have a UK IP address and the winnings are registered to a UK resident.



Therefore you CAN play when outside the UK.
