how do we know its a super deal unless you publish your price? there are many properties available and also in this climate all will do deals - so go on list your best price...it may be worth a trip for someone then they need to benchmark first

ok well ,they should b around 200k, initially ive sold 1 at 200k gbp the 2nd at 185k , third at 175k, today i would sell at 150k , its in the one of the best locations in catalkoy
