Does anybody have contact details for the go kart track near the eastern med. uni. I already have details for the zet kart track on lefkosa - guzelyurt road.

I think you mean the Cemsa track. Their web site is http://www.cemsakarting.com/karting/index.htm. This is in Turkish, and I don't see any contact details on it. I have a phone number of 0392 2236235, but that may be of the holding company rather than the track.
