If you are a Skyline investor and have been relocated to Forest Golf & Beach Residence in Esentepe and have been requested by Medview Homes to pay the full amount of £550 for site maintenance, please get in touch with me as this is not the case. Medview no longer manage this site and they have no involvement with the financial side of running the site. Also as the apartments were not ready as promised on the 1st May 2009 you are not required to pay the full amount. Our site management company First Consult Cyprus are going to be invoicing the new owners on a pro rata basis so that contracts fall due along with that of the main site.

Medview are, of course, aware of the change in management at Esentepe. The completion statements which have been prepared for people buying at the River Apartments do not contain a demand for any maintenance fees.
