It is a scooter that because has been out of action for over 3 years now needs totally re-registering and also needs a change of ownership.

After being run ragged and sent from Girne to Lefkoşa and back again and still no joy, we are now looking to pay someone to do this.

Does the guy at pegasus still do this sort of thing, or if not anyone know who does now please?

Thank you

Perhaps you could try one of the Bike shops. There is one a few blocks up the road from the Colony hotel on the same side of the road that does repairs second hand sales etc. and should know what to do.

Do it yourself and find your own way around the system much more satisfying than paying a 'Tout'

if you have the log book, which you should have then first stop is MOT then tax office ,pay fine for not paying tax for 3 years. if it hasn't been registered here then start with customs let us know how you get on.

Will try Halil

Hippo, thing is, it is a problem as we both work and cant get the time to keep to and fro.

We usually do sort everything out but after being sent from Girne to lefkoşa and back to Girne to be told in the wrong place again its a bit tricky. The problem seems to be that they are saying because it has not been used for so long it is similar to it coming to the island new, but story changes a bit each place/person we arrive at...

Could do with a hand from someone who can help with the language as we also had problems understanding what we were supposed to do.
