I recently viewed this but I can't find any reference at all now. Mrs Kinnock was responding to a letter sent by the newly formed group who are protesting against the recent ECJ ruling and the potential impact on the TRNC if it's rubber stamped by the UK appeal court.

Can anyone give me the link to the article (I cannot remember the source either)?

If you can't find it, let me know and I can e mail you a copy. I have it on file. But I will need your e mail address. Incidentally the group is the North Cyprus Action Platform but the letter from Baroness Kinnock was also commented on by Embargoed! in London.

In fact the latter were the ones who made the loudest noise in London by representing 61 organisations in London all showing solidarity at last.

Clearly, it is the case that any judgment is not in the UK public interest.

Perhaps the COA will pay heed to that.

Whatever the outcome. I fully agree and have always said that this civil litigation cannot substitute for a comprehensive political solution to the Cyprus problem.
