Hope to move in to apartment soon. Is it cheaper to buy kettle, toaster, bedding, etc, etc in Uk or North Cyprus? Any advice will be appreciated.

Buy in UK, all small electricals, take them out of the boxes and pack with clothes etc. if poss. But my wife has taken a power drill in her carry-on bag withour problems. Get bedding from mail order or Aldi or Tesco. Also curtains which are hugely expensive in TRNC. Get some vacuum bags from Aldi and then your bedding, duvets, pillows, curtains etc will melt away in a very hard but thin pack at the bottom of suitcases. HTH

Thanks Guin.

Where would you recommend getting crockery & cutlery, pans etc from?

Also what about furniture packs?

If you want to bring out a little bit more than a couple of cases of stuff why don't you speak to Jo Valentine's they do part loads in a container.
