I want to make a good property rental website for Cyprus that will contain short and long term rentals.



Do you think I shoud charge per advert? what kind of information are people looking for? What kind of layout is good? Any examples of your favourites?

Are you actually going to manage the rentals you will advertise, or will it be a site similar to the villa owners site on the web which I think is quite a good.

I just dont know how I will attract renters or managers and I also dont know if I should charge or what?

I noticed there aren't any good sites offering short and long term rental owners a portal to advertise and manage their bookings, specifically for Cyprus. Yet there are loads selling!!

Thats my idea Jean, thanks. Only it will be specifically for Cyprus. So any ideas on how to run it? Is it better to get paid ads or commision or what?? Any ideas will be appreciated..

I just wanted to say that I think a site for long term rentals is an excellent idea because we had a lot of problems finding a house when we first arrived, and ended up finding ours through word of mouth.
