or Google 'Free photo sharing website' - you will get about 100 million results!

Follow the instructions to UPLOAD (not download!) your picture(s), and then simply 'copy and paste' the URL (location, address, call it what you will) of each picture into your message, making sure that you include the ' http://' part, and that it ends in '.jpg' - assuming that it is a 'Jpeg' type picture.

Try to keep the size of the picture no bigger than say 800 x 600 pixels, and the file size less than 100kB so that it will download quickly, and look OK on most size screens.

Job done!

tip - if you haven't any software to manipulate picture and file size, I am told that http://picasa.google.com/ is a good choice, but I haven't tried it myself
