we have a company that does our fly screens no frills no 50% off we know and now should you we do a good service and a gaurentee that is second to none . i know you cant do 50% off if you can you are earning to much http://www.braceybuilders.com

Surprised when I logged on this morning and found my thread closed without my being able to respond.



If Mr Fly had bothered to phone us and tell us, OR sent a message there was a problem, believe me I would not have posted this topic in the first place. We wasted precious time out of our meagre two weeks holiday trying to get this resolved, with him not turning up 3 times out of 4 arranged appointments and I think we gave him every opportunity to speak to us...we must have rang his office at least 10 times. We reported this problem in July, so its not as if we had suddenly sprung the fault on him when we arrived 2 weeks ago.



However, we have had an offer of help to replace the half torn out screen in the bathroom and we'll be contacting the lady in question when we come back out.



Finally, I repeat, the product (so far anyway, after being installed only 3 months) seems to be fine - it is the appalling service that I complained about!
