I have recently bought a new mattress and am looking for a new home for my old one. Purchased 3 years ago but only used for the last 2 years it is in good, clean condition. Size 160 x 200cm.

I am happy to give this away in return for a donation to the SOS Project, say 100TL.

Will need to be collected by new owner.

Thanks Yorgozlu. That was my first idea but thought it might be easier (for me admittedly) to donate the cash instead. I am more than happy for you to give this to the family. I am in Karsiyaka and will call you to arrange.

Thanks again.

Jo

Just wanted to say a big big thank you to Sal who has just been to collect the mattress and deliver it to his neighbours in need.

Cheers.

I think a "well done" to both of you for arranging it and thinking of those less well off.

Nice to see people thinking of others for a change.

Thanks joandjelly;

Have delivered it ,they are over the moon with it,couldnt beleive that it was free of charge,so it took me a while to convince them that I had not paid anything for it.

See,told you that it'd have been easier for you to be there and hand it over,didnt I?

Thanks again on behalf of Apo,Kezban and the 3 kids they have(Mehmet,Serkan and Fadime)

Thanks Sal I'm so happy to have been able to do something that was so easy for me but means so much to this family. You're a very good neighbour.
