Hi we are looking for a cleaner to clean change bed linen towels etc, meet and greet, if anyone know's the best people at reasonable rates please let me know.

Lee you not going to give Sharon Management a go? Weve been using them and they have done a good job for us and same prices as most people plus they are on site to hand over key to guests if you need it.

Hi Nicky, I thought if we went with Sharon Management we would have to have them rent our apartment on our behalf? is that right as we are going to try and rent it ourselves if we can.

Hi Lee

We rent independently of Sharon but use them for cleaning and laundry services. We have found them to be very efficient and found them easy to contact by email when requesting cleaning/laundry or welcome packs and have been happy with the service we have been provided with. We do use them to manage our apartment as well so not sure what the situation would be if you dont use them to manage. Email them and ask. We pay £30 to clean our apartment (two bed) (3 bed is £35) and dont pay very much for laundry - they charge by the weight like most places. Worth emailing them to find out especially as they are on site so anything you need doing can be done quite quickly. Speak to Ann or Adrian who will be able to help you.

Yes I can clean and take on other tasks- as well as furniture packages - shopping - emailing - photos and more - overseeing implementation of fittings. AND should any of you be moving here permanently with your pets - feeding and walking at the kennels can be undertaken on your behalf. Please ask me to email you privately should you so wish.
