hi there, i have just moved to my new house and have started advertising my previous home. its a 2 bed first floor accomodation based in a beautiful part of lapta central[just up from babil gardens] set in vast orchards with ample parking and room for a greenhouse too! large kitchen brand new fitted cupboards,sink etc. good size rooms, shower toilet etc all new. large balcony overlooking the orchard facing the sea towards karsiyaka.



its a lovely quiet home with my inlaws sharing the ground floor.



not after huge rental, but looking for a quiet tenant [couple] to look after the place.please feel free to call me on
