Do you have a 3 bedroom villa (with or without a pool) for rent in the Karaoglanolu or Alsancak area and have it available for a long term let?



If you do please let me know.



Will be working at GAU from early mid June and require something close by.

Hi Timothy



We will shortly be moving out of our rental property which we have been renting for 2 years and the landlord is looking for someone to rent hopfully as soon as we move out on 5th June. We are renting a three bedroom, three bathroom villa just up from the rose gardens in lapta. House also has swimming pool which is child friendly with iron fencing all the way round. If you are interested let me know and i will let Unwins know and they can then contact you to arrange viewing. Think the rent will be 450 plus pool maintenance (which we pay 40 for monthly).

Totally unrelated question, but who does your pool at 40 a month?

The cheapest quote we have been given is 70 monthly.

Can you let us know where Equity Plus is situated and any contact details for the company please. We will be looking for pool maintainance when we next visit hopefully. That's if the electric meters are fitted........ keeping our fingers and lots more crossed.
