Ever thought about having two or three fish meals a week add some fresh vegetables, some fresh salad, some localy picked fruits plenty of exercise (swimming walking etc) a nice amount of good sunshine and who the hell would need supplements.

Unsure about fish oil tablets, but there is a health shop in Girne. There is also a possibility that you may be able to purchase them from a chemists, as I got some Vitamin B1 capsules (to try to prevent being eaten alive by mossies) in one in Catalkoy.

As others have said, would be better if you can get the children to eat a varied and healthy diet including fish.

vee123 - maybe take as many bottles as you can (check the use by date on them) and then get people to bring out more when they visit - that's if you cant find fish oils - some of the chemists are very good though and may sell them there.

Hello Vee..

we have the Enver-Pharmacy - they have nearly everything what you need.

And if not, they know where to get it in the South!

Hello Vee,

there is one in Girne and one in Lefkosa (from where they get nearly everything which can't be stored in Girne).

You are coming to Girne and drive the mainroad through (the road to Karaoglanoglu/Lapta..).

Just before you see the last roundabout which leeds you to the city center (Akpinar Cafe on the left) you have to turn left.

There are few other shops with their own parking places.

Good luck!
