freezing in Esentepe

Are there any Digiturk customer experiencing signal problems, we have had in the past 3 days picture freezing cut outs,and channel reductions, we have had 3 box replacements in 4 months all second hand ?

pilot, I am having that problem daily when I took my box back they checked it out and it was ok, then the next day it froze again, they told me when it happens again do this

press the opts button then settings press ok, then install/easy install it will run through the channels then you press OK and it hasnt happened since try it
