Some friends of mine are looking for a house to long term rent with a big garden in Alsancak/Lapta area, must be suitable for two dogs (one is quite big) and space for them to run around in...

They are a young, recently married couple and looking to spend between 250-350GBP a month, any info I can forward on or give you their number...

Would they consider Karsiyaka? If so, there is a lovely 2 bed Villa with a loft room thats fully furnished with private garden and communal pool. It has a promotional price of only £225 per month for a limited period.

Then, there is a very large 3 bedroom villa with an additional study room in Incesu/Alsancak. This one is unfurnished but has white goods, air con, wardrobes, central heating, fireplace, private swimming pool and garden. £300 per month.
