Does anybody have the same thoughts as me on the driving at night, most of the cars coming towards

you either don't put main beam off or their lights are out of focus and means you have lights in your eyes

all the time.

Is it because cars from mainland have not been adjusted accordingly to drive on opposite side

Cooper you pulled it off again, so right

but it is annoying when they drive at you with lights blaring in your eyes, I usually put mine on full beam and dazzle them and swear

Cooper Oh So Right

I remember over a decade ago when we arrived every trip you could be driving from Ercan and come across carts and cars with no lights or reflectors three or more times in any journey.

You got used to it as your stay progresed - but on that 1st journey you were always tired and worried.

GBJohn,

That puts you in the same boat as the others that shouldn't be on the road. When the oncoming driver your blinding runs down and kills a pedestrian, I guess your feel a sense of achievement.

Bigmart yes was out when the power cut off and you can see in the distance the lights all four on, in GB the police would chase you and book for fog lights on when not needed, dont think police know what a fog light is

Personally I think it's just as bad in the UK now, so many peoples lights seem to be badly aligned.

Or is it my age???

Leave TRNC alone. Stop imposing your values on the place!! The driving is poor, the standard of many vehicles is poor etc but you are not in the UK !!If you don't like it - F**k off back and continue moaning about your own country - which you are all very good at !!

For years I hoped that the same morons who spoilt the south would not appear in the North - but alas the Brit disease has struck.

If all the problems you lot complained about were addressed you would call it a nanny state !!

Sorry this is not a whinging Brits issue. This is a serious problem in the TRNC & people will die because of it.
