I am new. Hello everybody. Seems like a very friendly and informative forum. Have bought a property on this complex in Guzelyurt after several trips to North Cyprus. Interested to hear from other buyers who have bought on this complex

Welcome. Yes this is a friendly place to be. Have you bought on Phase 1 or 2, complete, partially built or off plan?

I have bought on phase one and the property is complete. The site is due for completion by the end of the year. The build quality seems exceptionally high compared to some others I saw. Guzelyurt is quiet as I am sure you are aware. But the advantages for me are it is Turkish Title, beachfront, near a border crossing and the Troodos mountains etc. We love North Cyprus . Have been to the South and no comparisan.

just posted on aphrodite-guzelyurt site on first page,great to know there are other buyers out there been trying to get other people to come forward for a while now glad you like it let you know what we think in june.
