£350 for a 2 bedroom apartment doesnt seem a good deal to me in the present financial crisis across the globe, when the above thread has places from £200. If people were to ask a fair rent then they wouldn't stay empty and lose money in the long run. Not digging at you as you are just the middle person I am sure.
