I am sure that this has been raised before but I wonder if any one has info concerning drilling for water.



There must be some restrictions but I have received such conflicting advice I am at a loss to know the basics.



At the same time can any of you recomend a good lawyer ( independent of any developer) who could advise on utterly stupid claims for connection charges from a developer for connecting a villa to the electricity supply?
