CTA Baggage Allowance

I've just had an email from Ankara Travel to advise that CTA have reduced their baggage allowance from 25kg per person to 20kg. Hand luggage still 5kg per person.

Ankara travel had this well before CTA in London as CTA sent an email to us at 11.18 on the 2nd - I am sorry for those who were caught out yesterday (see the content below):



Sorry you don't want this information, it affects you if your travel Cyprus Turkish.



KTHY / CTA emailed us about an hour ago with the following message, this is the first advice that we have received - I assume that by doing this they are avoiding another fuel price increase in the short term:

Importance: High





Dear All,



Please note that as from the 1st of June 2008 baggage allowance for passengers will be

20kg for hold baggage and 5kg for hand luggage.



All new tickets issued should show the above allowance.
