Its the last Lapta turning near Flippers, and is positoned on the foot hill of the mountain. Rent excluding maintenance £500 month.

£500 per month you must be joking! live in the real world, prices throughout the world are at rock bottom if you want to rent it sureley it is better to have a reliable rentee on a resonable /affordable rent than someone who will pay the first month and then it takes you 2 years to get them evicted the rents asked on this forum and others are unrealistic it takes time for people in cyprus to understand the world economy and its effects

Batgirl without seeing our property how can you comment, you get what you pay for!!! What would you rather have a Skoda or a Rolls Royce? I would be very surprised if you could find a property of this high standard with all the extras it has to offer at a cheaper price per month.
