Grand opening of new restaurant is now back on schedule for end march/begining of april

2 weeks training will be required of successful candidates.

Now Interveiwing , training will start in approx 30 -40 days time

line cooks , supervisors , purchasing manager , servers , delivery drivers & hostess positions available

The staff i hired , whom completed one month training in USA , are certainly still employed and have been working on the development of the restaurant since that time. Others that I had interviewed im still in touch with pending the approaching grand opening.

"Staff hired": everywhere in Northern Cyprus staff in the hotel and restaurant business is laid off - and you keep 'trained' people in your service for months and months 'working on the development of the restaurant'..? Well, I'm in the Magusa area tomorrow, do tell me where I can have a look at this 'almost ready for the grand opening restaurant'. If I can find it (...) I apologise tomorrow evening on this board for everything I ever doubted in your posts.

ok dutch , it use to be the ex - ' tikabasa restaurant ' opposite 'cafe han' and 'master chef ' on the main salamis road , near the DAU university . Its covered from the outside , so you cannot see the refurbishments that have been going on inside , but the door is open and your most welcome to go in and have a look at the work done to date.

Tommy, there used to be a Catering College in Girne when I lived out there(was a long time ago now) and Dedeman (Olive Tree) Hotel in Catalkoy also used to train people who wanted to go into the Catering trade, might be worth pursuing to see if they still do this to help with your staffing needs.

grand opening for end of march begining of april thats in 6 days time is it not?then 2 weeks training for the staff do you mean the place will open at the end of april.how can training start in 30-40 days time if your grand opening is the end of march/begining of april,do you already have trained staff for your grand opening.will your food be halal and halal chicken.im really confused with your schedule.not thats its any of my business though,but the customer or future customer is always right as they say .
