Hi

I am looking for a decent garden shed about 3m x 3m. All of the prices that I hav been quoted so far are extortionate.

Does anyone know of a good supplier, or joiner who might build one, at a reasonable price?

Do it yourself.

Go to a metal worker , have the frame madeup, then buy the sheets of chipboaaard, fix them on to the frame and cover in felt shingles.

Not rocket science.

Considerably cheaper than buying from the @Rip off Sheds brigade@

The best semi proffessional ones i have seen are from Michael Laine

Will you need planning permission re. previous garden shed post? Maybe somebody can find it and do a link to this thread.

Mickey Lain`s sheds are about half the price of anyone elses - hes been in business here for years. Before you start building your own you should price the wood up - its very expensive here. ring Michael on 0533 8668381 for a free quote

I have a fantastic Michael Laine shed - but not able to use it as the Lapta Municipality have taped it up & sealed it pending my application for planning permission - apparently you need it for anything with a roof!
