[WHY NOT..?!] Amazing statistics!

This thread ( http://www.cyprus44.com/forums/30931.asp ), a "Photobook" of Guido's C44 Party was viewed 648 times (Friday afternoon, around 5 pm). Then I noticed that only 417 of the 648 viewers clicked the link to view what is on offer in the first post - so 231 viewers opened the thread (read the posts?), didn't click the link and left!

Is there anyone out there with a reasonable explanation for this strange phenomenon?

Do people not understand what a link is? Are they afraid of what will happen ("virus-fear"?) when they click a link? Or what?! Or, if some people are not interested, why do they open the thread at all..?! The subject title of the thread "[PHOTOBOOK] Party at Guido's!" was clear enough, wasn't it? So why?!

I did look at the pictures and can quite easily see that it's a good job you don't make a living from photography (only teasing)



It was obviously just the fillip Liz and Guido needed. I hope they brave it out and make a real go of it.
