A friend of mine just called said the mayor in gonyeli has issued a warning to all gonyeli residents that the dam is almost full.



people in girne are also leaving cars by the road side due to flooding.



Better to stay home i think unless its really important to have to travel today.

there is also a dry riverbed that runs through there,and already they are buiding many houses on the dry riverbed

i was down there yesterday ,lots of new work going on down there laying new water pipes,so many new homes being built.
