I know I saw a thread on this a couple of days ago but I'm damned if I can find it now so sorry!!!



Someone said that to access your mobile phone bill send 'PASSWORD' to 8780 and then on the http://www.kktcell.com website, use that password to get to your online account.



Well I've sent the SMS and this is the message I received:



Sn.Abonemiz,

kurum adina kayitli hattinizin supersifresini ogrenmek icin direktorunuzun yazili veya sahsen basvurusu gerekmektedir.

Lutfen yardim icin cagri merkezimizi arayin: 4440544

hello it was me that gave the instruction about logging on to check your account, i dont know why its not working for you as i posted thats what i did,





the turkish message reads something like call that number or go into a turkcell service office for help, was that part of a 2 part message from turkcell ? mine came back in 2 parts



just try again and see what happens or try the tukish word for password SIFRE if that fails call into there office i know the office near the roundabout going to lefkosa before you get to starling speak english, just take a ticket top button (customer services) and get them to sort it out

Thanks for getting back to me. Tried the texting 3 times, ended up ringing. The girl was very helpful and sent me the missing SMS! Now I'm in business!

I sent an sms to turkcell and got a super password and for the life of me I cannot get it to work.



Do you have to create and account and register first?



I thought my turkcell number would be the account.

for some reason we seem to get a difrent site come up to the one in the shop i think it is because english i cant work it out somtimes the cueis amazing what a waste of time they might at the end of day make it user friendly to brits who knows

no you dont need to setup the account first go to the http://www.kktecell.com web page on the main big advert in the top right corner you will see a little button that has something like tr/eg on it press it to change to english, now accross the top you wll see online services button click that a new box will open you then enter your phone number without the 0533 and the super password from the text and the funny letters in the box and away you go

I didn't want to start a new thread since this question is sort of related.

I've also got a Telsim contract. Are all bills issued at the same time for every one each month? If so, when is it. I'm sure I've had my contract for a month now but I haven't had a text message like I did with Turkcell.
