| The cheap flights from Manchester sold out within hours of them being issued - the only chance might be soemthing via Istanbul or from Stansted. |

I would have suggested the same but in many instances it would entail and overnight stay in Turkey which would push up the price. |

| Hi all,
My colleagues at Turkish Airlines tell me that they are imposing a fuel surcharge on flights booked after 31st March.
It will work out at £50 or €60 on a return flight to/from UK or Ireland.
This is not official and may just appear as a price increase, but you may want to get a move on.
