Advice on Dongles and turkcell please

Just can't cope with this ISP any longer. So slow I really am losing the will to live now. Any advice on dongles and turkcell would be appreciated. Mate lives nearby and says she has no probs with hers but has a laptop. What is the cost of dongle and monthly top up? Think we are with an offshoot of extend bought from the village in Catalkoy. They come out to sort any problems and are great but cannot do anything about the lack of speed and any time lost when it all goes off line, frequently too, I might add. Have lost about 3 days a month in the last year, and not cheap at 75 tl per month.

Also tired of D-smart now and need advice on best TV. Is nilesat any good?
