Long term rental required in Alsanack or surrounding areas.



Two or Three bedrooms. Must have own pool and be fully furnished and have air conditioning.



Mature couple returing to North Cyprus with no kids or pets.



Required from Mid June 2010 . Can maintain pool or garden if needed.

our villa in Alsancak is empty at the moment, if you can go to the property centre in Alsancak they will give you details ! price is a little flexible !

We are in the uk at the moment and will be returning to Alsancak in Mid June. I have looked on the the property centre wed site, but the link for rentals does not work. Do you have any photos and can you tell me where it is in Alsancak . Also how long you would like to rent it for, as we are looking for fairly long term. If you are in the Uk I could call you.

The property is fully furnished including English TV programs with mature gardens all around the villa giving privacy. Outside bar next to the pool and outside toilet and shower. £500 PCM.
