Hi Guys, over for 10days soon, are there any restaurants, bars or cafes in the Alsancak area that will let you use your laptop for the internet whilst having a beer etc,im not over that often or for any length of time so i dont really think its worth splashing out on a modem/dongle etc.I use the internet cafe a fair bit,but the sun isnt inside and they dont sell efes! Thanks in advance. Sporty.

Sporty,

The Cyprus Queen Bar (The Corner Bar) in Alsancak next door to Atakara Petrol station has a free wi-fi connection. Pleasant beer garden and cold beer.

Mambo bar have a router in the bar so maybe they would let you use your laptop in their garden bar. Nice people just ask them.

Almond Holiday Village has a Wi-Fi spot just near the poolside bar. Go and have a couple of drinks and use it.
