We have been getting quite a few enquiries for holiday lets so we would love to hear from all villa/apartment owners wishing to let their properties.

I have a three bed apartment in Lapta with some availability plus four bed villa above Escape

They are both on Amy Villas website - Escape View and Pines 1

Upto date availability on http://www.holidaylettings.co.uk

Escape view is pty ref 10177 whilst Pines is 10019



Also may holiday let 2 bed apartment in Lapta on Cyprus Cove development This is completely free at moment as thinking of long letting Its a penthouse with roof terrace with two communal pools and within walking distance of supermarket / Lapta strip Water Park and Sunset Beach Club

There would have to be opportunity to let it out for a reasonable number of weeks over the summer to make it viable in view of the arrangments I would have to make

We have two clifftop villas with pools out in the peaceful paradise of Kayalar. They're exactly right for couples or families looking to get away from it all - plus have all mod cons for those who don't want to completely lose touch with civilisation.
