Is there any one out there, buying a villa at Sevilla Villas Tatlisu. Would be interested to know if they are happy with the slow progress.

My son purchased in feb 2006 , plot 9 ,and was told completion would be May 2007.

it would appear that all builders use stage payments to fund other project ie golf villas,golf appartments,also chatalkoy luxury villas.



As a buisiness man, I can understand why they chose to work this way, but this can only work when the market is strong.



Had they completed on time, they would have had a perfect show case which would have gaurnteed future business, but unfortunatly they do not think that way?



Keep up the pressure, let them take the stress for a change.



The good thing about Sevilla Villas is they havent gone bust,and appear to be making some effort.
