Hey there,



After an unpleasant change of circustances here in the UK we are thinking of selling our Villa, is there a market for a high spec, Fully Furnished, 4 Bed Villa with Sea View, 10x5 Pool etc...... on a small, private , fully completed development in Esentepe.



We are not looking to make a profit and are bitterly dissapointed that we may have to sell up but with my husbands health issues we are unlikey to be using it in the future.



Any tips or suggestions would be most appreciated.

Have you got the Kocan?

The right properties do sell, but not always very quickly, unless you are lucky & also pitch the price correctly. i know people who have been trying to sell for 2 years or more, without success yet, but lots of hassle with offers being made & withdrawn, by timewasters.

Anything will sell at the right price, I know plenty of people who have sold properties over the last couple of years.
