Two brand new shops for rent opposite Kevansary beach.



Very contemporary design 49 sq m with ample parking outside, small kitchenette, wc, air conditioning and ceramic tiling throughout.



These really are great shops in a great location, just opposite this wonderful busy beach and minutes away from The Mercure 5* hotel.



The passing trade here is amazing, the beach is packed every weekend but there are only a few shops in the area. The list of possibilities for these shops is endless.



and at £200.00 per month they are an absolute bargain.

do you still have the shops to rent .

and what can they be used for ... ie selling cloths , food , or bar ,
