Does anyone know the current procedure for renewing TRNC driving licences please. Mine expires this month and I am sure things have changed since 5 years ago when I got the licence.

Collect a form from the Tax Office in Girne (loads on the shelf outside where you pay).

Fill in the form.

Take 2 photos, your old licence and the fee to the window (the fee is dispalyed on the wall inside the tax office where you pay).

Pay and get your pink slip. This you can show to the Police if your licence expires and hasn't yet turned up.

Go back in 2 weeks time, then maybe another 2 weeks time (if they haven't got it) and possibly a 3rd time 2 weeks later (by then they definitely have it)........unless someone else has a story to tell?
