I'm looking for a long term rental property that we can move into anytime after the end of this month.

furnished or unfurnished.

I prefer parquet floors.

No damp problems.

3 bedrooms or more.

central heating.

airconditioners.

central kyrenia or close by - we cannot commute too far away as we work in Nicosia. Please do not post if your house is too far away.

communal or private pool.

gardens - I can maintain.

Some sort of security - shutters, alarm or security in compound ? Will pay monthly maintenance charges. I also prefer to live in a compound as I feel safer. Please dont post if house is secluded.

small family with a golden retriever and cat - pets are quiet and well trained.

Can give up to a year in advance for the right property.

Reason we are moving out of present property is because pittbull next door attacked out cat.

please post on here or send me pics info and monthly rent to bluestriver@hotmail.com

I prefer to see pics before seeing the house.
