A friend of mine is looking to buy a villa in NC. Prob about 5 bedrooms/pool etc... Are there any luxury villas out there that stand alone with a bit of land?? I've had a quick look but mainly coming up with rental.

check out http://www.wellestates.com several different designs available and not too badly priced (In my Opinion) and they offer Mortgages !!!



Tread carefully though, get a good Lawyer 1st !!! Same goes for any property purchase........GET THE LAWYER 1st, then find a property

The scene I had in mind was, me living in a tent as the place is not built yet!! hahaha

Not sure where we will be living when we first get there probably rental but will sort that out on our next trip.
