Hye

Just for info - we went down to the new Beach area (Catalkoy) set up by Malpas. Small small beach but lots and lots of nicely decked areas /piers with good seating/loungers. Not all up and runningnyet but most is. Looks like they have seperate area for windsurfing/watersports and also chill out area with floor cushions.

Big bar and restaurant and very nice loos and changing rooms. All very new and looks very Trendy.

Entrance 15YTL.

I admit it looks really nice, and when it was being built I seriousy considered using it because it is only 5 minutes walk from my house. The only problem is that after last weekend's celebrations which were still going strong at 1.30am on Friday and almost as late on Saturday, I am reserving my judgement to see if we have the same this weekend. Hopefully it was just for the grand opening, which I have no problem with, but if it's going to be like it every weekend...oh dear...some people live right on top of it, so it could be a real issue for them.

Fingers crossed. If it was just one-off, we'll report back on it when we go!
