It is sensible to consider a lawyer who will fight your corner if (and hopefully only an 'if') you have to take on your contractor. Peyman has a reputation of getting things done - a rarety amongst the legal 'profession' in N Cyprus. Take other advice, but always ask the question - 'Do you have your Kocan (Deeds)?' before taking up the recommendation. For the record - No I haven't got my deeds, but then I didn't use Peyman!!
