Population that you are a man of good faith, and that your Government accepts the need for change, and that you are moving in the right direction. You are seeing the groundswell of legitimate protest, and this could save your Country, a lot of unnesscessary distress.



My Advocate has in his deposit account sone £13.5K which legitimatley belongs to your Government, and is awaiting your confirmation.



I hope that you choose to collect it, and lead your Country forward into a path of Internationally recognised legitimacy.

Basheer I sincerely hope that your problems can be resolved, but in light of recent events it does not appear likely. The "country" is run on a system of baksheesh and nepotism that would not be tolerated in any normal society. Zimbabwe on a bad day!

hi matula its not me and only passing on infor regarding a british couple and many more who have entered a property trap and seek and answer from the president,their names are kept out for the moment,thanks for your concern,as for me I am fortunate to have got my title deed before the memorandame came into being.however I feel for those who have not, thanks

I have a feeling your friends have the same builder as we do - I think things are beginning to move - hopefully in the right direction - but Im not holding my breath!! There's 7 of us on our site with the memorandum - all paid up etc and just waiting for Deeds.

they can't expect to keep mum, you don't know if you don't try,let's see what the president has to say,NO ONE is going to buy a off plan any more if they are made aware of the hicups along the route

I am lucky as i would have been the first on the list had i not got my title deeds ,since several have had memorandum

You all need to get outside the presidents office and demonstrate as soon as possible how many more of you want the banks to take back your homes then RENT them back to you..come on this IS THE WAKE UP CALL...its been going on far too long. !!
